Consultative/Solution based selling

Consultative techniques are important in all fields of sales.  Certainly in media sales.  It was once said “it’s easier to sell someone something they want rather than something you want them to have”.  So FIND OUT what they want!

Using the basic strategy should always result in delivering a solution that meets with your client objectives and therefore provides the desired results – on budget.  It’s down to basic good customer service.  I find clients really appreciate this honest approach and will stay loyal so long as you deliver – something by it’s nature that’s much easier to do this way.
